API & CWI Inspections
Our Inspection services provide comprehensive asset integrity management solutions that will solve your business’s unique challenges. Our experienced inspectors are skilled in API 570, API 510, CWI, and visual inspection.

Our aim is to serve all Industries with asset integrity, and we do so by employing various methods of Non-destructive Testing and Evaluation.
We utilize many different technologies in our Advanced services sector. Visual inspectors prepare equipment inspection plans using prior inspection history and equipment conditions so that proper techniques are applied to verify equipment is fit for service. Prior to inspections occurring we verify the tests that need to occur, anticipate repairs that may need to happen then navigate how to procced. Precision Inspection Services provides comprehensive inspection reports for all items inspected which can be used for gauging status of assets immediately and for ongoing monitoring. If you need support and planning for your turnaround/shutdown, we have you covered from managing the operation to supplying experienced inspectors and NDT technicians. Plant turnarounds are the most complex and expensive maintenance projects that facilities engage in. Loss of processing production and the actual cost of inspections, preventive maintenance (planned and unplanned), and repair can quickly add up, even with proper planning and execution.
API & CWI Capabilities

API 510
API 510 inspection is a critical component to ensuring the safe and efficient operation of pressure vessels and pressure relieving devices that protect these vessels in the refining, chemical processing, exploration, extraction, transportation, and pharmaceutical industries. Unless, of course, the vessel in question is exempt by the API 510 code. That said, API 510 inspectors are an important part of facility’s mechanical integrity (MI) programs and the overall safety of the facility. The potential environmental impact and human casualties of a pressure vessel failure are what drive each of the above industries to ensure their pressure vessels are cleared for continued operation. This is precisely why we do not take staffing your facility with API 510 inspectors lightly.

API 570
API 570 Inspections are a critical inspection standard for refineries and processing facilities around the world. These inspections provide an opportunity to mitigate piping failures or wall loss concerns and improve the operational efficiency of your facility. This is done by keeping better tabs on what is going on around your facility and finding solutions to challenges that come up.

CWI
We staff American Welding Society (AWS) Certified Welding Inspectors (CWIs). These individuals are uniquely qualified to work hand-in-hand with QA/QC supervisors to properly inspect and approve welding, welding repair, or construction packages. This unified solution is the backbone of everything we do. If your fabrication shop requires an AWS CWI, we can supply experienced team members, or if you need a Senior Certified Welding Inspector today at the fab shop, and next week you need to source experts to manage phased array work, we have that covered too.

Start Your Journey
We can meet your production schedules with our responsive turnaround times and round-the-clock testing. Our long-standing experience and use of advanced equipment gives you the assurance that your products and components are compliant with industry standards.
